FX Photo Studio Pro App Reviews

I’m a professional photographer. For the features offered this is a great product. Not the huge learning curve like photoshop, which btw way we still use. This program is quicker and faster. Doesn’t have near the control as photoshop, but frankly, most people (including professionals) don’t use all the bells and whistles anyway.

Great app! Fun to play with, and serious enough for when you need it. It would be a great add-on for PSCS5, PSE13, or Lightroom5. UPDATE: Just updated to Version 3.0.1, and it is better than ever! Brand new creative filters, and great options to personalize your own photos. I love this app.

I love it! But, I wish it had a Photoshop plugin! ;)

This is the perfect app for photos for people who do not want the complications of some of the more “powerful” apps for photos. I am just getting started with my new camera and photo editing and other apps seemed to be very cumbersome and difficult to navigate. This was a perfect solution and on sale! And I’m playing around with some of the other apps by MacPhun and so far I’m really enjoying the ability to edit my photos without the headaches and difficulty. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app.

Still try to learn but learning curve is easy….Support is wonderful…Love all the effects and love the frames.

This is a great app for filters and general adjustments to pictures. Overall I really love this app because you can apply so many layered filters as well as add a filter to only certain parts of the picture. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not allow you to write text nor does it have any filters that increase the softness or allow for an enchanted affect.

It says layer right in the effects, but that is not truly one of the effects. I would like a refund. I have no purpose for this ap.

Great app, great price…can’t go wrong. BTW the other Macphun apps are great as well. Definitely get it if you want fast results.

I want to give great accoladee to FX Photo Studio Pro for one of the BEST apps I have ever used. It might take you a time to get to know and learn to use all the wonderful, plentiful and very superior aspects of this app…but the time will be well spent. You will be rewarded by the finest results you would want for your project. I would definitely recommend this to my artist friends and/or anyone wanting a very superior product in the photo and/or painting editors.

Beyond my expectations! Only problem - It’s addictive - so many choices - so little time. I have created amazing effects and this has brought joy to my heart.

For what it does, worth the money…time saver….again i often switch between all my programs and photoshop. you’ll find there’s a place for fx studio pro.

I am a semi pro photographer, and have used many photo editing apps, encluding PS. Yes I do like this app. two big issues, 1. Crashed in first 20 mins. 2. No text writing….really? On a paid app you have no text writing abilities? I can’t take a app serious with out it, its how I do my signature on work…or watermarking..which it does not have either. One of them is a must…and for a paid app, its puzzling you have omitted it! Yes its easy to use, very friendly I am thinking for beginners, nothing about it at all difficult. Fun, easy and a good wide spread of abilities…I do like that a lot…not sure about the real outcome, have not printed anything and have not attempted to share…it was asking for feedback..so I figured I’d stop and go ahead and say my part…hoping that they figure out quick you have to have textwriting or watermarking if you want to keep a lot of us here…or we have to go to another app to do that part after doing a pic in here…?? I can’t see me doing that for long or very often…but I will hang around and see if you do a udpate with text writing and get the crashing to stop. I can’t say anything on crashing frequency, not sure what first time in first 20 mins is about. For anyone really wanting to play around and explore doing a good variety of things, just start playing around with it, hope for no crash, (suggest you save as you go as I actually did and was glad for having done), and in a good 30 mins, you’ll be pretty aware at all the variety offered…except for that maj issue of no text writing that I could find…sadly.

This app is awesome. I just got into photography and there are so many cool things you can do with this app. I could play with pictures for days now!

Please add Photos extension then this would be incredible! Great app overall but the importing and exporting of images is very time consuming.

Lots of filters, though the greater percentage u wouldn’t want to use… (yes, subject but see for yourself). Layering is at loss.. I’m inspired to return it...

if u already got this few years ago dont buy it again ,its the same product the oly difrence is that its called PRO

I love this app! As a novice photo editor, I need something affordable, easy to use, and effective. This app is great! The only thing I would add is an updated to add it as an extension of photos in ElCapitan

I just want a refund, very dissapointed with this app, far from being anithing as described.
